| Deposit | is required, 25% of the price of the holiday. |

| Balance | to be paid by 31 days before the start of the holiday, a reminder is sent to you. |

| Cancellations | must be notified by phone and then confirmed
in writing. In the event of a valid cancellation there will be opportunity to arrange an alternative holiday date.
If this is not possible and notification has been received more than 14 days before the
holiday, then a refund - less 25% administration fee - will be issued. If notification
is less than 14 days before the holiday a refund will not normally be issued unless it has
been possible to re-book the bungalow. |

| Mid-Week | bookings may be made by arrangement. The charge will
be calculated on the weekly prices. |

| Part-Week | bookings - 2 to 5 nights stay - can be arranged (not in
high season) and each night charged at one sixth of the weekly price. |
